Top Loisirs is Introducing World Golf Systems' TopGolf to the Swiss Market! TOPGOLF The founders have combined their complementary competencies and founded TOP LOISIRS SA in Geneva for licensing a golf driving range concept with targets using radio frequency (RFI) technologies and golf balls with an electronic chip holding individual player information giving real time player results. TOP LOISIRS SA has signed an exclusive license option for Switzerland with the British company World Golf Systems PLC (WGS) holder of the patents for the technologies used in their driving range concept TopGolf explained in this document. TopGolf is a fun, point-scoring game that is revolutionizing the sport of golf and broadening golf’s appeal to a wider leisure market. Played with real clubs and premium golf balls, players tee off from a driving bay onto a landscaped outfield with targets ranging in distance from 20 to 240 yards. The aim of TopGolf is to score points as you hit balls into the targets. Players receive instant feedback on how far they have hit a shot and are allocated points based on distance and accuracy. In 2 years, TopGolf Watford, near London, has attracted some 75’000 members, where 50% were non-golfers and 20% under the age of 16. There are currently 3 TopGolf game centers in England, 1 in the United States of America ( Washington D.C.) and 1 in Thailand. TOP LOISIRS SA has completed a market study on the Swiss golf market and has concluded that the installation of TopGolf Game Centers will be highly successful based on local trends and habits. The inner circle on the map represents an estimated population of 250'000 residents within a 15 minutes drive and outer circle 750'000 within 30 minutes. TOP LOISIRS SA is currently in discussion with land owners and local authorities in the regions of Lausanne and Avenches and are identifying additional sites having a minimum 35'000 m2 of land and meeting our demographic criteria needed to assure the commercial success of the projects. The TopGolf Game Center building will house a retail golf shop, restaurant conference rooms and other leisure activities. Once the rollout of TopGolf in Switzerland has been achieved, TOP LOISIRS SA will work with WGS to add the games of TopChip and TopPutt as additional revenue streams to the TopGolf Game Centers. TopChip is a fun, point scoring game played in a high quality environment which can be enjoyed by all members of the family. The game is played from high-tech driving bays with real golf clubs and premium golf balls. Players aim to score points by chipping the golf balls into targets set in a 25 meter outfield. TopPutt is a natural progression from TopGolf, revolutionizing putting in the same way TopGolf has transformed traditional driving ranges. It is played in a high quality indoor environment playing from a set position for all of the holes. Players aim from one hole to the next with scores being calculated depending upon the success of each shot, and bonus points being awarded to reward the skills of the player.
